All residents are required to park the vehicle (forward) without blocking the license plate in any available space located on the third floor and up of the parking garage.  Parking in a handicap spot or unauthorized spaces will result in a tow and fines, which are paid by me.  MUST PARK IN THE GARAGE BETWEEN THE 3RD AND 7TH FLOOR. UNDERSTAND, RESIDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARK IN THE GUEST AREA (1ST & 2ND FLOORS) AND ON THE STREET.  YOU WILL RECEIVE A FINE AND CAR WILL BE BOOTED OR TOWED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL NOTICE!  

 

ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER THEIR CAR TO PREVENT FINE/BOOTING AND/OR TOWING.
