Pet Policy

University Pointe is a pet-friendly apartment community and provides a wonderful place for not only our residents, also for your pet. Pets are known to better your physical health and mental well-being. University Pointe believes that pet-friendly homes are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership and keep the community clean. University Pointe's policy as follows: <> Pets are welcome only in Studios and 1x1. <> ESA pet owners are required to furnish a certificate. <> Only a cat and dog are allowed. <> The maximum number of pets (per person) is 1. <> The maximum weight is 20lbs each <> One-time pet fee of $300 and monthly pet rent is $50.00. ESA all charges waived in maintaining both our dog park and the community there are clean-up stations located around University Pointe. All policies are subject to change without notice.
