DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE ONLY WITHIN 3- DAYS AFTER LEASE SIGNATURE DATE. Submitting your application also confirms your understanding and acknowledgement of all UPointe's policies and procedures.
If this is your first time renting, we encourage you to read all the information that is provided. You are welcome to speak to a staff member if you have questions.
Rates and availability are subject to change without notice. Rates displayed on the website or written represent "per Bedroom" for the shared units (2x2, 3x3 and 4x4).
You are welcome to be placed on UPointe's wait list, which requires a completed application. We cannot guarantee availability.

After submitting application and fee, the screening may take up to 72 hours for final decision. Deposit requirements will be equal to and up to 4 months of rent, depending on final approval. "APPLICATION APPROVAL" IS NOT CONSIDERED A FINAL APPROVAL DECISION.

SITE-UNSEEN - If you apply "site-unseen", we cannot guarantee size, layout of bedroom and/or apartment will be acceptable for your needs. On move-in day, you will not be able to change unit type on. If on move-day, any change requests will not be granted and a cancel will result in loss of deposit.
